  • We have decided that the Lord is calling us to minister in Keene,NH with the Wesr Keene Church of Christ. The Lord is good and has opened this door. Pray for our work.

  • My brother Robert (Bob) Exum passed away from complications due to a heart attack on Saturday (Jan. 23, 2016). He moved into our home 8 months ago, and became part of our everyday lives. Yes he changed the home dynamics, but it was a journey well worth the effort. Now he is gone, and we remember him with love. He was 65, and handicapped since 2…[Read more]

  • Probably not without a “riot.” Women preaching?! “Outrageous!” “Un-Scriptural” “It ain’t gonna happen here!”
Well, this article is NOT promoting women preaching. No that was not a disclaimer. The matter is, I am uncomfortable with the idea myself. But, perhaps if we had some unbiased, decent, unemotional re-study of the matter…willing to…[Read more]

  • Jessee P. Sewel back in 1957 during his last series of public lessons capped off his lessons with the following statement.

“Who is a Gospel preacher? He is a man, but he is a man redeemed by grace through faith, standing in Christ’s stead, under His authority, and by His command, proclaiming His Gospel, making it plain, strong, and urgent in…[Read more]

  • I am exploring the possibilities of republishing Dad’s DVDs for his “Three Unusual Days’ ministry, and am needing everyone’s help to determine the “market” for his work.
These would be from the original master’s and complete. The lesson on “the “Grace of Giving” would be accompanied by a packet with materials which can be duplicated to hand…[Read more]

  • We have ventured into a short discussion on “Who is a Gospel preacher?” I found an old quote (source unknown) by Jessee P. Sewel back in 1957, and am taking it phrase by phrase and adding some thoughts of my own which hopefully might be of some interest and perhaps may help.

  • We have had several calls for Dads book “Let’s Have A Timothy Class.” Unfortunately, we have run out of copies of this book which has not been re-printed. However, we are presently working on getting this book back into print, and available. Lord willing we will have it ready to go to publishers (DeWard Publications) in the spring of 2016.

  • I recently received an email, and this article was attached. It is entitled “WHO CALLS THE SHOTS?” Looking back at how the NT church went off into apostasy, and the “evolution” of head bishops and eventually a pope….one must look at “leadership” when thinking about “Restoring NT Christianity.” Sometimes minds wither and dry up for lack of…[Read more]

  • Restoring NT Christianity, “Traditions” and “Altering the pattern.” The discussion of Restoring NT Christianity, necessarily involves dealing honestly with “TRADITIONS” and “ALTERATIONS.”

Some do not like the word “tradition” or “traditional” because they are wanting to just get rid of all the “old ways” of doing things and “totally transform…[Read more]

It will take some time, but we hope to have all of his lessons previously available on cassette tapes or long play records available world wide…[Read more]
