July's Theme: Freedom in Christ

"It is for freedom that Christ has set us free." - Galatians 5:1Let's start a conversation this Independence day. It is a conversation about our freedom in Christ and exactly what that means for a Christian. There are so many things in this world that can enslave us. If we aren't careful we can even do things to keep each other bound up. What does it mean to be free in Christ? Does it mean freedom from the Law of Moses? Does it mean freedom from sin and the spiritual forces of darkness? Also, how do we deal with each other in light of the freedom we have in Christ as we don't all see things the same way? Christ has indeed set us free. But what does that mean? Let's talk.
