What books do you recommend reading on racial reconciliation and women’s roles? I will share mine in the comments later.
Women’s Roles:
Philip Payne’s book on Men and Women, One in Christ. I have not found any book reviews on the volume. But I would take the introduction to Life in the Son by William W. Adams and replace the title/author with the above book.
Second, Carolyn Custis James, Half the Church, although I think the title is a bit triggered.
Third, the three volumes by Carroll Osborn.
Fourth — I have not read this book, but have ordered it through inter-library loan, Everett Ferguson, Role of Women in the Church (may not be the correct title). I think it takes a different view (and approach?) to the above books, so it should be helpful.
